I ordered a hat last minute and didn’t expect it to arrive in time, but it got here way quicker than I thought. The tracking was simple to follow too, which made the whole thing less stressful. Something about it just felt really easy from start to finish. Super happy with the shipping.

Picked up a hat for a really good price and the whole thing was super easy. No hassle at all, which I definitely appreciated 🙂

Customer service was really nice and did help me get my order issue sorted out, but it took sorta longer than I expected to hear back. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the response time had been a bit quicker.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sold on it at first because it felt a little stiff right out of the box. But the quality is definitely there, the stitching is clean, and the brim feels sturdy. It took a bit of wearing to break in, but I’ve come around to it. Good hat overall

I ordered a cap from hats.com and, it seems like the quality is better than I was expecting. The fabric feels sturdy, the stitching looks clean to me, and it definitely doesn’t come off as cheap or flimsy.

I’ve worn it quite a bit already and it still seems to be holding its shape well. The fit was good too, not awkward or overly stiff or anything. I’m happy with it overall and would probably grab another one...

Support did get back to me, but it took a couple days each time. I was trying to sort out an issue with my hat size and, well—what I mean is, they did fix it in the end. I just wish the replies had come a little faster.

Hats.com has a decent mix of styles, and I did find a couple I actually liked, so that was a pleasant little plot twist. Some of the classic options look good, and the site was easy enough to browse without feeling like I needed a map and a survival kit.
That said, a lot of the selection started to feel samey after a while. I was hoping for more colors and some fresher styles, but apparently variety decided to take the day off. Not terrible, just very much in the “it’s fine, I guess” category.

I bought a cap from hats.com last summer, it’s been through a ridiculous amount of use. I’ve worn it doing yard work, fishing, and just running errands, and the brim still hasn’t lost its shape.
I’ve washed it a few times too, and the color has barely faded. No loose threads or anything weird so far, so I’m happy with it.

The hat arrived on time, which I appreciated, but the box was crushed a bit on one side when it got here. Luckily, the hat itself wasn’t damaged. I’m a little particular about packaging, especially for the price, so I do wish they had used a sturdier box or added more padding. Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite up to the standard I expected.

I assumed the color might look a little different in person, since that usually happens with photos, but it actually matched the pictures perfectly. No surprises at all.

These Hat S are solid for the money. Are they super fancy? No, but they get the job done and look good enough. For the price, what more could you really ask for?

The hat itself was exactly like the description, so no complaints there. I was a little annoyed that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, but once it arrived, it matched what I expected.

I had to send back a hat because it didn’t fit right, and I thought I’d be waiting forever for the refund. But it came through quickly with no annoying back-and-forth or hassle. Whoever runs this is to blame for making the return way less painful than I expected. 5 stars from me...

The brim still looks normal and hasn’t gotten all floppy or awkward, which I really appreciate. The fit was right for me too, so I didn’t have to mess around with it much. Ordering was easy, nothing complicated, and everything showed up without any problems.
